Answers before you run the job
Is it safe to use Sign PDF here?
Yes. The current sign workflow is positioned as local-only and focused on visible signature appearance. It does not forward PDF bytes to cloud endpoints.
Does this page apply a cryptographic signature already?
No. This phase prepares the visible signing workflow and identity guidance only. Certificate-backed cryptographic signing is not enabled yet.
Which signature appearance modes are available?
The page presents drawn signature, uploaded signature image, and typed-name style appearance options for visible signature planning.
Can I connect a signing certificate here?
Not yet. Certificate status is surfaced as a separate identity concern, and the account digital signing settings page is the place reserved for future identity configuration.
Does Sign PDF work on mobile?
Yes, the workflow is available in modern mobile browsers. Desktop is usually more comfortable for preparing document review and visible signing layout.
